Warranty Information |
Please follow this guideline for warranty
information on products. |

Warranty Repair Request |
Please fill out an RMA Request form. You must have an
original or acceptable copy of the original Paradigm invoice for your
warranty repair to be approved. |

Repair and Drop off Centre |
For products out-of-warranty or not covered by any warranty,
you can use our repair drop off centre. Fill out a Repair form and an
RMA number will be forwarded to you, attached with a quote on fixing your
products. You can then have your products forwarded to our repair
centre. |

Refunds |
The RMA department is responsible for receiving requests
on handling your products but has no decision on refunds. Refunds are
at the discretion of the accounting department in conjunction with the
distribution centre's return policies. |

Exchanges |
The RMA department is responsible for receiving requests on handling your
product but has no decision on exchanges. Exchanges are at the
discretion of the sales department in conjunction with the distribution
centre's return policies |
