The RMA department
is responsible for receiving requests on handling your products but has no
decision on refunds. Refunds are at the discretion of the accounting
department in conjunction with the distribution centres return policies.
20% Restocking Fees
For items that are authorized to be returned, a 20% restocking fee will be
charged from the distribution centres through our services |
