Remote Access Support
When you need immediate assistance, and you can't describe the situation, or if you have a situation that you want a Paradigm Professional Technician to assist in as soon as possible, then a remote access solution may be the support solution that you need. 

A Paradigm Professional Technician can take control of your computer from anywhere in the world and see what you are seeing like they are right beside you pointing the way.  With a view of your computer screen, a technician will be better able to understand your problems and build a solution. 

Remote Access support can extend further to jumping everywhere on your network including your server.  A Paradigm Professional Technician can travel through your network and troubleshoot an entire scope of problems.

If you currently have a contract with Paradigm, then you may request a remote access session with a Paradigm Professional Technician at anytime.  If you do not have a contract with Paradigm, then charges apply on a per incident basis.  You may contact a Paradigm representative and they will help assess which support solution will best suit your needs.
