Telephone Support
Telephone Support is provided to clients with support contracts or per-incident basis.  A Paradigm Profession Technician will help assess your questions or problems and charges are based on providing a solution as far as it can be troubleshooted over the phone.  Sometimes the technician may choose alternative ways such as remote access support or on-site support depending on their assessment. You may feel free to contact a Paradigm Professional Technician in assessing your needs without charge until a decision can be made on your support call.

If you are new to Paradigm's Telephone Support, contact us at our main reception number.  If you currently have a support contract with us, you may contact a technician through the phone numbers provided in your contract.
